Fireworks Safety & NH Community Restrictions
If you live or want to enjoy your fireworks in New Hampshire, please go to the Community Restrictions List on the Department of Safety's website (copy & paste) https://www.firemarshal.dos.nh.gov/prevention-safety/fireworks-safety/permits-inspections-licensing to see which towns or cities allow fireworks to be used in their communities and which of those have restrictions. When in doubt, call the fire department, in the town you have questions about, to see if consumer fireworks are allowed to be used there.
